Francis Nero
I am the president and chief arbiter of the association. I am also the chief arbiter for the Laval and Bourassa region. I referee since 1993 and I am level 4 in slowpitch as well as in fastpitch.

I am the vice-president of the association. As well as Co Provincial Chief Arbitrator of Quebec
I have been refereeing since 2010 and I am level 4 in fastball.

I take care of the website. I started refereeing in 2018, I am now level 2.
